so Osky... I love visiting Mark's parents. Having in-laws is really neat. My family is so different than Mark's. They express themselves differently and have a completely different outlook. We are going DesMoines for an RV show, maybe hit up Jordan Creek and we'll have dinner tonight. I haven't quite figured out how to put into words how they express love. My family just says it and hugs and laughs and is really silly. But the Sandor's are different. ...we were playing cards last time we visited and Rob, the youngest brother, and Mark were arguing. Not fighting, just being really competetive and ornery (sp?). It was an "ah ha" moment.
Is it odd to seek the approval of mother-in-law? I always feel this longing for her... I want to hear, "Well done good and faithful servant..." What's with that?
I miss my mom too. They are in the midst of moving to Florida. Dude. Back to Sarasota. Home. I have to admit, I want to go with. I haven't seen my parents since the Feast. Where I long for Sue's approval, I just want to hold my mom. She's so perfectly comfortable.
Ah, DesMoines. Another Sandor excursion. Sweet ride. Time to bond. I hope we bond.
